2030 Challenge - Defi 2030

Stuck with an English Keyboard in Toronto's Sheraton, so bare with my second tongue please! ;)

I'm just out of the RAIC ''2030 Challenge'' Plenary. WE MUST ADRESS THIS ISSUE IN THE NEXT CAMPAIGN...or better NOW.

As an Architect's Sun (and Grand-Son), and active in my father's firm (Thibodeau Architecture + Design : www.gotad.ca), I would like to pilot this political project that represents a keystone to Sustainability.

Architects have presently between 30 and 50 billion dollars worth of buildings on the boards... Buildings last for 50 to 100 years...

I know that our NDP Green Agenda contain good housing measures as point number one. I would like to adress a measure asked by Vivian Manasc, RAIC's president today, asking for a GST Rebate on buildings that reduce energy consumption by 50%. Can we deliver this promise for the next coming election?
